Aja + Scott | Okoboji Engagement Session
It feels like summer for sure when you get to spend the day next to the water, feet in the sand and with ice cream. Yeah, that’s right I said ice cream. If you have been following me for awhile, you know that I mention ice cream frequently. When Scott and Aja asked if we could do some photos at The Nutty Bar Stand in Arnold’s Park, I was all for it. This Okoboji staple was perfect for photos and for cooling us down on such a hot day.
While we didn’t go into Arnold’s Park because of COVID, we did get some photos on the dock with it in the background, because how can you not get a beautiful ferris wheel in the photo when you have the chance?
We also explored Gull State Park a bit and relaxed in at the park a bit with Aja and Scott’s favorite beverages of Truly and Busch Light. Totally worth it on such a warm summer day! Aja and Scott were super sweet and I can’t wait for their wedding next year in Okoboji!
