A sponsored post for Basic Invite. These are my thoughts on this invitation service!
If it isn’t apparent enough, I’m pretty in love with weddings. I love all aspects, but I could spend hours just shooting details. I love seeing how custom brides can make their wedding, and how many are including cute little things that tie back to them as a couple. One of my favorite things is seeing the invites my couples mail me; it helps set the vibe for the day! Plus, who doesn’t like to get real mail these days! I also include photos of your invitation on the day of your wedding as well, right in the mix with all your other beautiful details; a full memory box shot captured for you to remember.
You can say a lot with your Save the Dates and wedding invitations! The best part about your invites is you can make them exactly what you want them to be. A simple card all the way up to a multi-facted invite fit for a classic and fairy-tale wedding. That’s where Basic Invite comes in; they are a website that let’s you be totally in charge with what your invites will look like. It’s super simple and a ton of different combinations you can make!
I know, I know there are a lot of websites you could go to. You can even find invite kits at craft stores to DIY these days. I love when my brides go local with their invitation suites, but for those who are looking for a bit more hands-on DIY without the hassle, I suggest Basic Invite. Just because you have a small budget, doesn’t mean you have to for-go beautiful invites!
First of all, check out these BRAND NEW invites they just announced. CLEAR invitations! How chic is that? Imagine your friends and family pulling out this invitation when it arrives and oohing and awing over it. I am jealous they didn’t have these when I myself was getting married! Other new items include FOILED place cards and rose gold foil. The fanciness level just got kicked up an entire level!
Over 200 options – Each invitation is a part of an entire set! You can choose what you want to include or not include. Basic Invite makes the ability to have everything match so simple. You can find everything from save the dates to wedding invitations, menus, place cards, wedding programs and even matching thank you cards! As someone who likes to have continuity in every thing I do, that is just a time saver. Not have to look for something similar for each thing is such a time saver and when you’re planning a wedding that is key! There are seriously so many options, I cannot even being to narrow down my favorites.
Customized Samples – Usually when you order online you put in all your information, order and pray it turns out well. Basic Invite is one of the few websites that are changing the game on that! You can order a sample of your invites before you place the large order! You will be able to hold your invite in your hand and see exactly how it will print and feel the paper quality before you have committed to ordering hundreds of invites. Such a mind-easing service.
Almost Unlimited Colors – Having trouble finding your exact color combination for your invites at other places? Basic Invite has 180 colors. Yes 180!! That’s a crazy amount of colors for your invite choices and you can change the color of EACH element on the card. Even better you can see the color on the invite online instantly. If you’re like me, I like to see exactly what I’m getting before I commit to it. This is why the combination being able to be in charge of the invite colors and custom samples makes me love what Basic Invite offers, such a unique feature!
Over 40 Different Colors of Envelopes – The colors don’t just stop at the invites though, folks. Basic Invite is just as colorful with their envelopes with over 40 different colors for the envelopes as well! 40! The combinations are seemingly endless. I mean who wouldn’t like to open their mailbox and see a brightly colored envelope inviting them to an awesome love celebration? The other nice part? No licking the envelopes. What an amazing thing that is; it’s the little things that will save your sanity while planning I swear it. All of the envelopes are peel and seal so the envelopes can be quickly and securely closed.
Free Address Collection Service – Raise your hand if the thought of contacting every single person you want to invite to get their address gives you night sweats and anxiety. You’re not alone. That task alone is daunting! Basic Invite has a address collection service that’s free. YES, for once something in the wedding planning process is FREE! All you have to do is share a link. Share on in your email, on your Facebook, etc. and those who click the link can fill out their information. That’s all it takes. After the addresses are collected you will get FREE envelope printing which equals no hand cramps and questioning your own handwriting skills after writing out 50-100 envelopes. Hallelujah!
Keepsake Guest Books – Like the combination of everything of above isn’t just absolutely amazing, they put a cherry on top of it all. Basic Invite also offers personalized guest books! Even better these can ALSO be matched to your wedding stationery. Unlike most guest books, they have this awesome ring hidden in them so they lay perfectly flat and don’t close when someone walks away from signing it. I always suggest leaving a guest book for your guests to leave you little sweet messages and well wishes for you to reflect back on after the big day is over!
Don’t forget that you can also make your wedding program, seating cards and more as well! They have even more than just wedding invites, as well! They have Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Bachelor Party and more. They even have other cards as well, including Christmas cards, graduation cards, birth announcements and more! They are an awesome one-stop shop for all stationery.
I highly recommend Basic Invite for your wedding invitations and beyond!!
